--Cargo Protection Plan during Epidemic
Currently, it is in the critical stage of national epidemic prevention and control, all staff of Longrun-Newstar are willing to work with valued customers and partners to fight against the epidemic. At present, with the joint efforts of all staff, Longrun-Newstar has been working orderly and producing stably, continuously implementing the enterprise tenet of "customer-centered".
I.Establishment of epidemic prevention team
Longrun-Newstar set up an epidemic prevention team on January 31st, 2020, general manager as the team leader. This team is responsible for conduct of disinfection, epidemic publicity, material preparation and other work in the factory area, so as to ensure that all the company's epidemic prevention measures are in place.

II. Employee health survey
On Feb.3rd, the “employee-return statistics team” makes phone calls to all employees to know their basic situation and record. Even though all staff are verified that they have not recently visited Hubei or contacted with people who come from Hubei with symptoms as fever, cough and so on, the ones who has relocation are still required a home-isolation for 14 days, only the staff with no abnormalities after isolation can be allowed to return to work.
III. Plant disinfection and sterilization
Since Feb. 3rd, the “plant disinfection team” starts to disinfect the key areas of the factory with 75% medical alcohol solution once a day, establish an isolation zone as required, disinfect and clean the equipment and tools to ensure normal production after returning to work.
IV. Preparation of production materials
The “equipment preparation team” starts work on Feb.3rd to investigate the epidemic prevention situation of the suppliers, aiming at stopping the materials delivered from the key epidemic areas.
V. Preparation of epidemic prevention materials
The “ equipment preparation team” prepares the protective materials for the factory and report to team leader, then submit an resume work application to the government and plan to re-start working from Feb. 10th, 2020.

VII. Instruction for employees to enter the factory
Before entering the factory, all employees, outsiders and visitors must accept the daily infrared temperature measurement of the “daily diagnosis & isolation team”, anyone whose temperature over 37.3 ℃ is not allowed to enter. The guard is responsible for recording the temperature and report to the responsible person of the abnormal cases .Outsiders must wear their own masks.
VIII. Daily preparation before production
Before production, the “factory disinfection team” washes the ground with disinfectant water once a day in the morning and evening for the key areas -- production workshop, dressing room, office and household garbage stacking place.
IX. Increase of on-site inspections
The “epidemic publicity team” conducts daily inspections in each region everyday. When employees enter the production site, they should strictly follow the PRP, the premise scheme in the food safety management system.
X. Vehicle control
All vehicles shall be parked in the designated area after registration. Loading can be allowed after finishing complete disinfection works. Before leaving, the vehicle needs to be disinfected again, then release.
XI. Logistics route plan
Logistics team negotiates with logistics partners to optimize routes and avoid key epidemic areas.
XII. Suspended external visits
Until the outbreak is effectively controlled, all factory visits and exchanges are suspended.
